On the occasion of the Silver Jubilee celebrations of Vaagdevi Group of Institutions, recognized among the top engineering and best PG colleges in Warangal, we take this opportunity to reflect on the evolving education system, the values it imparts to Generation Z, and Vaagdevi’s role in shaping responsible and capable professionals. While earlier generations of students were known for discipline and respect, and teachers focused on imparting knowledge along with values such as integrity, honesty, and courage, today these values face erosion amid rapid technological and societal changes, leaving students uncertain and teachers striving to keep pace. In response, Vaagdevi is proactively setting clear directions through initiatives in goal setting, tracking, self-management, and continuous learning, while encouraging faculty to stay updated through research and development supported by incentives. We take pride in our graduates from Telangana and beyond who are well placed in India and abroad, with many excelling as professionals, academicians, administrators, executives, and entrepreneurs.
