The Vaagdevi Engineering College Computer Society of India Student Branch (VEC CSI-SB) was established in 2019 under the Chennai Chapter (Region V) and functioned until 2022. It is currently affiliated with the CSI Hyderabad Chapter. The branch focuses on knowledge transfer, skill development, and bridging the gap between students and industry.

Coaching in Campus – 2023 Initiative

        In 2023, the CSI Student Branch initiated the ‘Coaching in Campus’ program, where expert students mentor and coach their peers. This promotes peer learning and student-led campus coaching.
