The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) is India’s leading recognised professional society devoted to the advancement of Science and Technology of Electronics, Telecommunication & IT founded in 1953.

IETE is the National Apex Professional body of Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science and IT Professionals. It serves more than 1,25,000 members through 63 Centres across India and abroad.

The Government of India has recognised IETE as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) and notified it as an educational Institution of national eminence.

IETE Student Forum VEC (ISF-VEC) started in 2018 with the objective of organizing conferences, symposia, workshops and brain-storming sessions involving professionals, students and industry associations.

The forum provides a common platform for idea exchange, technical visits, practical training, teamwork development and professional growth.

ISF-VEC conducts workshops, project exhibitions and training programs for staff and students to enhance professional development.

Reaching the unreached and empowering the youth through technical education and skill development.

Advancement of Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Technology & related disciplines to contribute to Nation’s Human Resource & Infrastructure Development through Engineers.
