Motivation & Aptitude Awareness for Campus Interviews
A guest lecture was organized by the Dept. of ECE, Vaagdevi Engineering College for ECE, CSE, EEE final & first year students on 23 August 2019. Topic of the guest lecture was “Motivation & Aptitude Awareness for Campus Interviews”.
The speaker for the session was Mr. Crisna Chaitanya Reddy, professional Aptitude & Motivational Story teller. The topic of the guest lecture & the necessity of understanding & clearing the aptitude test in order to be eligible for campus interviews & also for applying to the competitive exams.
Mr. Crisna Chaitanya Reddy explained the students the difference between Maths & Aptitude. He also explained students, the actual meaning of aptitude-is-not-mathematics. When he asked the students about their fright from Maths, almost entire crowd raised their hands. He then quoted some simple examples to demonstrate the students that if correct techniques are applied how a difficult question can be solved by simple calculation. He also pointed out on the important topics to be covered ages, percentage etc. before appearing for the aptitude tests to score well. Towards the conclusion, the speaker gave some quantitative problems to the students for solving.
Students were motivated from the seminar and they enjoyed the session. The seminar was attended by around 450 students from B.Tech: ECE, CSE, EEE .
